BLE label print test case (Web Bluetooth / Chrome)

Minimal, self-contained reproduction of the label printing code used by our web application. It connects to the printer over Bluetooth Low Energy from Chrome, sends one test label and logs every GATT operation and every byte written.

1. Printer settings
